Abbey Rangers 2 - 3 Worplesdon Rangers
Road to Waterside: Started this season in Div 3; promoted after 5 games to Div 2; currently 2nd in League with 5 games in hand over the current leaders. This is the team's first Cup Final and to get here they have beaten Knaphill 8-3, QF Abbey Youth 3-1, SF Hanworth Sports Clarets 4-3.

Road to Horsley: Wins against Fleet Town Juniors 8-0; Milford Pumas 3-1;QF Epsom and Ewell Colts 7-0; SF Oxshott Royals 1-0 aet

Halliford won 4-3 AET (3-3 FT). By all accounts, a great match! Well played! We hit the crossbar twice in the last couple of minutes of extra time!
Road to Horsley: Byfleet Village 7-2, Beaulieu Hornets 1-1 (won 6-5 on pens), QF Brooklands Falcons 4-1, SF Abbey Rangers Colts 2-1
Sainsburys Active Kids 2013 Vouchers
The club is collecting vouchers from this years campaign. If you have any spare, please hand them to a committee member or your team manager. We will make good use of them by getting more equipment for the club. Many thanks in advance.
WRFC FA Level 1 Course
17 Managers, coaches and helpers from under 6 to under 13 teams taking part in FA level 1 Course over 3 weekends and two evenings during April 2012 organised with Surrey FA Tutor Neil Cummins which will benefit players in the Club. Help Required - Club Minutes Secretary
Due to her work commitments, Cess Horncastle is having to step down as minutes secretary for the club. We thank Cess for all her concerted efforts over the past seasons. The role entails taking detailed minutes of monthly committee/managers meetings and the AGM. If you are interested please contact Peter Horncastle email: peter.horncastle@worplesdonrangers.org
Help Required - Child Welfare Officer
Our Childrens Welfare Officer(CWO), Elizabeth Baldwin, is due to stand down at the next AGM in July 2013. The Club is keen to find an early replacement for her so that the new CWO has a chance to be mentored by Elizabeth throughout the rest of this season. FA approved training for the role, which is an Officer position within the Club, will be provided.

Team Reps are required for the following age groups
Under 7, Under 8, Under 10, Under 11. The role is to liaise between team manager and Club, attend monthly committee meetings. As the Club has grown it is essential every team is represented. Please speak with team managers for information.

We have reached an agreement with our Partnership between Northmead Junior
School & WRFC to be for a 10 Year period of use of the School Playing
Field and changing rooms which safeguards the Clubs mini soccer future and
furthers the links established since 2004 with Northmead Junior School.
